No cleaning service can properly clean a vacuum between houses. This exposes your home to germs and pet dander from the other houses they clean. Back up vacuum can be provided for emergencies if needed.
Do you send an individual or a team of cleaners?
Most often we send a solo cleaner to clean your house. If your house is very large and requires more than 4 hours to clean, we will send a team of 2. You will have the same technician(s) cleaning your house every time.
What days are you available for work?
We are available to make your home shine Monday through Saturday. Openings are available for either a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services.
What should I do to prepare for my services?
We appreciate it if the customer provides the cleaning team with a clutter-free environment. If this environment does not exist, the team may not be able to fully complete your cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Whether you need to be home is entirely up to you. Many clients choose to go out during the service, while others prefer to stay. If you choose to leave, they will coordinate with you beforehand to arrange access to your home.
